We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy explains how returns and refunds work at our store.

Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Protection)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

We go further: We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your delivery—that's more than double the legal minimum.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at pyadeshko@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include: - Your order number - The item(s) you wish to return - Reason for return (optional but helpful)

Step 2: We'll Guide You
We'll respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization.

Step 3: Ship It Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be: - Unused and in original condition - In original packaging with all tags and labels attached - Returned within 30 days of delivery

We inspect all returned items. If an item shows signs of use beyond simple inspection, we may reject the return or offer a partial refund.

Return Shipping Costs

You pay return shipping in most cases. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

We pay return shipping if: - The item is defective or damaged - We sent you the wrong item - There was an error on our part

In these cases, we'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (or approve your claim for items not requiring physical return), we'll process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method: - Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank - PayPal refunds typically appear within 24-48 hours

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Small-Value Defective Items

For defective or damaged items valued under $20 (approximately 80 PLN), we may offer a full refund without requiring you to return the item, at our discretion. This saves you time and shipping costs. We may ask for photos to verify the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

Shipping happens, and sometimes items arrive damaged. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or broken:

Include: - Your order number - Clear photos of the damage (item and packaging) - Brief description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or practical reasons:

  • Opened consumables (pet food, treats, litter, supplements—once opened)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Unopened consumables in original packaging may be returned within our standard 30-day window.

Wrong Item or Missing Items

If we sent you the wrong item or your order is missing items, please contact us immediately at pyadeshko@gmail.com. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get what you need as quickly as possible.
