Consumer rights

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged, nor willing, to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. The competent court is the court having jurisdiction over the consumer's place of residence within the EU.
