Overview
Whiskr ships pet products worldwide, with a focus on fast delivery across Europe. We work with CJ Dropshipping to fulfill orders from warehouses located closest to you—primarily from the European Union (Czech Republic and Germany), with select products shipping directly from China when necessary.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information.
Shipping Timeframes
Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched. Standard shipping estimates are as follows:

Please note: these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to extreme weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or peak shopping periods (such as Black Friday or Chinese New Year).
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 USD (or the PLN equivalent at current exchange rates).
For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and cart weight.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours, but occasionally there may be a 1–3 day delay before the first scan appears in the carrier's system. This is normal and does not mean your package is delayed.
If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days or more, please contact us at pyadeshko@gmail.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For EU customers: Orders shipped from our EU warehouses (Czech Republic or Germany) will not incur additional customs duties or import taxes within the EU.
For customers outside the EU: Cross-border shipments (including to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, US, Canada, and other countries) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Please check with your local customs office if you have questions about potential fees.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, you must contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order by emailing pyadeshko@gmail.com. Once an order enters our fulfillment system, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Failed or Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically make 1–2 additional attempts. If all attempts are unsuccessful, your package will be held at a local depot or post office for pickup.
You will be responsible for collecting the package or arranging redelivery. If a re-shipment is required due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, you may be charged a re-shipment fee.
Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, certain events are beyond our control, including but not limited to: extreme weather conditions, customs holds, carrier delays, and high-volume shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Chinese New Year). We appreciate your patience during these times.
